TRAINING WORKSHOP ON CLIENT SERVICE UNIT
The Client Service Unit (CSU) is one of the Units under the Central Administration Department of MMDAs and the RCCs. The Client Service Unit is under the Administration Directorate at the Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS). The functions of the Unit are critical for ensuring that complaints, enquiries and feedback are effectively managed within a standardized and approved framework.
The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS) under the support of Ghana Secondary Cities Support Programme (GSCSP) organized a two day residential workshop for Regional Trainers of Trainers and some selected officers in the Client Service Unit as part of its efforts to discharge its role in quality service delivery.
In view of the above the Regional Trainers of Trainers, following the directives issued by the Office of the Head of Local Government Service (OHLGS), organized training on Client Service Unit Operational Manual for all staff of the Western North Regional Coordinating Council.
